Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery time will be provided upon order confirmation. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Returns Eligibility:
Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs:
If a return is approved, Orbit FB will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or incorrect items only.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
